The Certificate II in Warehousing Operations is for you if you want to gain an entry level position in a warehousing, materials handling or transport Type Company. People working at Certificate II level require supervision, support and mentoring till they become more familiar with their work environment and job role. The roles for this type of qualification are; pick and pack jobs, basic warehousing and/or transport roles where you may be loading/unloading vehicles, checking loads, following loading instructions, and following schedules with limited decision-making responsibility. This course integrates theory and practical training sessions. Our warehousing teachers have considerable industry knowledge and with their experience will guide and support you through this course. This nationally recognised program provides an entry pathway to the logistics industry. This can lead you to a Certificate III qualification, which will allow you to work independently within a supply chain business and take responsibility for their actions and quality outcomes.

The Certificate II in Warehousing Operations consists of 3 core units and 13 electives.
To achieve competency in each unit, an assessment will be conducted at the end of each individual unit throughout the period of the course.

• International trade
• Driving jobs complemented by relevant tickets: truck, forklift, crane, front-end loader
• Operations Jobs: Pick-and-pack operations, loading and unloading containers, clerical, customer service, and store person roles.

TRAINEESHIP, PART-TIME: 24 MONTHS
There are no academic or work experience requirements for this course. Although knowledge of supply chain functions would be advantageous.
Please also note there are NO canteen facilities available at our Logic Campus. There are vending machines with limited options available and a BP Service Station located within 5 minutes’ drive of the campus, otherwise bring your own food and drink when completing a course at our Logic Campus.
